Abstract
We present an analysis of the Green Party of Canada’s use of a wiki for its Living Platform project, based on interviews with a number of its users. Specifically, we aim to answer three questions: whether or not wikis are an effective tool for collaboratively building a political document; what problems may emerge when using a wiki in this way; and what design choices can be made to avoid these problems. These questions are asked with the goal of informing future political wiki-based initiatives.
